Introduction#

Please make sure your environment meets the requirements as listed below:

Supported software#

nJAMS Client for BW requires the following software installed and running:

  • nJAMS Server® 4.4 or higher

  • TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks™ 5.13, or 5.14.

  • TIBCO Enterprise Message Service™ 8.4, in case you want to use JMS Data Provider. If you want to use nJAMS Cloud, TIBCO EMS is not required.

Note

TIBCO BusinessWorks 6 is not supported by nJAMS Client for BW! Please use nJAMS Client for BW6 for monitoring TIBCO BusinessWorks 6 / BWCE.

Hardware requirements#

  • Computer and processor: A computer with Intel x86, 32 Bit or 64 Bit, 2 GHz, multi-core recommended or divergent architecture with comparable performance characteristics.

  • Memory: 2 GB RAM minimum

  • Disc space: 10 MB free disc space minimum

TIBCO EMS Client libraries#

In case you want to use the JMS Data Provider, nJAMS Client for BW requires TIBCO EMS 8.4 client libraries to communicate with nJAMS Server Instance.
