Installation#

nJAMS Replay package consists of two files. There is a WAR file, which represents nJAMS Replay Server plugin: njams-replay-plugin-<VERSION>.war. That file has to be deployed on nJAMS Server.

And there is JAR file that represents the command line tool of nJAMS Replay: njams-replay-plugin-commandline-<VERSION>.jar

Requirements#

This release of nJAMS Replay Server plugin requires nJAMS Server 5.0. This release is not compatible with prior releases of nJAMS Server.

Installation and update#

Installation and update of nJAMS Replay Server plugin consists of the following steps:

  1. Extract the distribution package of nJAMS Replay to a folder of your choice.

  2. Log in to nJAMS Server GUI as Administrator.

  3. Go to Administration > System Control > Deployment.

  4. Upload the WAR file njams-replay-plugin-<VERSION>.war from the folder you extracted the package.

  5. Restart nJAMS Server.

  6. Stop Indexer at Administration > Connections > Indexer.

  7. Go to Administration > System Control > Plugin Management.

  8. Install nJAMS Replay Server plugin.

  9. Restart Indexer again at Administration > Connections > Indexer.

  10. Start nJAMS Replay Server plugin.

Once nJAMS Replay Server plugin has been configured and started, the status of nJAMS Replay Server plugin should result in “started”.

Verify start of plugin#

Once nJAMS Replay Server plugin has been configured and started, a new column in the Result list indicates whether nJAMS Replay is available:
